These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iOS applications (“Apps”) developed by Muhammad Shayan Zahid (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By downloading, installing, or using any of my Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using my Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use my Apps.
License to Use
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use my Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights to the Apps
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the Apps
- Ensuring your use of the Apps complies with applicable laws
- Any content or data you create or store using the Apps
- Backing up your data if desired (iCloud sync is optional where available)
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of my Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
- All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s terms
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as all transactions are processed by them
For subscription management, go to your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of my Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are my exclusive property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
My Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
I do not warrant that my Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Loss of goodwill
- Device damage
arising out of or in connection with your use of my Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muhammad Shayan Zahid from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of my Apps
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to my Apps at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of my Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
I encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in my jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
