How do I report a bug?

How do I request a feature?

How do I restore my purchases?

If you’ve reinstalled an app or switched devices, you can restore your purchases:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings or the subscription/purchase area
  3. Look for a “Restore Purchases” option
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

Is my data backed up?

  • Local data: Data stored locally on your device is included in your regular iOS backups (iCloud Backup or iTunes/Finder backup)
  • iCloud sync: If the app supports iCloud synchronization and you have it enabled, your data syncs across your devices automatically

How do I delete my data?

You can delete your data by:

  • Deleting the app from your device (removes local data)
  • Disabling iCloud sync in the app’s settings
  • Removing app data from your iCloud storage via Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”
