This Privacy Policy describes how Muhammad Shayan Zahid (“I”, “me”, or “my”) handles information in connection with my iOS applications (“Apps”). I am committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand how your data is managed.

Information Collection and Use

Data Stored Locally

My Apps may store data locally on your device to provide core functionality. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers unless you explicitly enable cloud synchronization features.

iCloud Synchronization

Some of my Apps offer optional iCloud synchronization to keep your data in sync across your Apple devices. When enabled:

  • Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account
  • Synchronization occurs directly between your devices through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure
  • I do not have access to your iCloud data
  • You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the App’s settings

iCloud data handling is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

My Apps may use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes:

  • Transaction data necessary to validate purchases
  • Anonymous identifiers to manage subscription status
  • Basic device information for fraud prevention

RevenueCat does not receive your personal information such as name or email address. For more information, please review RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

No Analytics or Advertising

My Apps do not use any third-party analytics services or advertising networks. I do not track your behavior, collect usage statistics, or display advertisements.

Data Sharing

I do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your consent: If you explicitly authorize sharing
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Service providers: Limited sharing with services essential to App functionality (such as RevenueCat for purchase processing), under strict confidentiality obligations

Data Security

I implement reasonable security measures to protect data stored within my Apps. Local data is stored using iOS standard security practices. iCloud data is protected by Apple’s security infrastructure.

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to protect your information, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

  • Local data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data
  • iCloud data: Remains in your iCloud account until you delete it or disable synchronization
  • Purchase records: Maintained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective retention policies

Children’s Privacy

My Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data stored within the Apps
  • Delete your data by removing the App or clearing App data
  • Disable iCloud synchronization at any time
  • Request information about data processing by contacting me

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. I encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of my Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
